BTTF is the largest international tourism fair in Bangladesh organized by TOAB. The fair was inaugurated by Mr. Md. Mokammel Hossain, Secretary of the Ministry of Civil Aviation & Tourism. The CEO of Bangladesh Tourism Board Mr. Jabed Ahmed, Chairman of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation Mr. Md. Ali Kadar, Additional IGP of Bangladesh Tourist Police Mr. Mohammad Ali Mia, BTTF Title Sponsor Mastercard Bangladesh Country Head Mr. Syed Mohammad Kamal and Ambassadors and High Commissioners of different countries was at the inaugural function of the fair. TOAB President Mr. Md. Rafeuzzaman presided over the Opening Ceremony.
